The website empowers clients and their Medco account management teams with online, real-time access to eligibility, reporting and analytical tools to:
- quickly and easily inquire on and update eligibility, review coverage information, and perform prior authorizations, and
- gain immediate insight about critical plan performance measures such as cost and utilization.
Medco's eService Delivery (eSD) product, also available through the Client Website as described above, delivers industry-leading online prescription benefit program administration capabilities. eSD's real-time, user-friendly features assist in answering member questions about eligibility, drug coverage, and participating pharmacies. eSD helps Medco and Medco's clients provide superior member service that enhances employee and member satisfaction.

A: User IDs, passcodes and passwords are available to authorized
users and can be requested by Medco clients and authorized third
parties through their account management teams.
